1. Educational Purpose

3. Digital Access License
A purchase of the Drug & Alcohol Evaluation Prep Guide provides you with a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the digital guide.
Your initial purchase provides 30 days of access beginning according to the access period established at purchase.
The guide is intended primarily as a one-time educational resource. Access automatically ends when the applicable access period expires.
4. Additional Access
If you need additional time after your initial 30-day access period expires, you may purchase an additional 15 days of access for $29.95 or 30 days at original price, subject to the pricing and availability displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
An additional access purchase does not restart or extend the original 30-day access period unless expressly stated at checkout.
5. Personal Use Only
Your access is for your personal use.
You may not:
- Share your account or access credentials with another person
- Give, sell, transfer, or sublicense your access

10. Refund Policy — All Sales Final
All purchases of digital access are final and non-refundable regardless of problems listed below in Section 13: Website Availability.
Because the Drug & Alcohol Evaluation Prep Guide is a digital product that provides access to content, DrugEvalPrep does not offer refunds, cancellations, credits, or exchanges after a completed purchase.
This applies whether or not you:
- Read the guide
- Complete the guide
- Agree with the content
- Change your mind after purchasing
- No longer need the guide
- Fail to use your access during the applicable access period
- Purchase access by mistake
Before purchasing, please review the product description, access period, price, and other purchase information carefully.
If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing purchased content, contact us so we can investigate the problem and, when appropriate, restore access.
A technical-access issue is not the same as a refund request.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
